Marshfield’s Hub City Days is taking place this weekend, July 23rd-25th.
Events kick off Thursday night, July 23rd, with the Movie in the Plaza at Dusk at Wenzel Family Plaza. Thursday night’s movie will be GOAT. On Friday, July 24th, the Shop Hop will be happening in Down Marshfield from 5pm-7pm.
Enjoy Marshfield summer shopping and dining. Plan for dinner and moseying to see what stores have up their sleeves. Live music, sales, promotions are in the works.
Central Ave will be closed to traffic from Veteran's to 4th St., but participating stores are throughout Downtown Marshfield from Arnold Street - 9th St, looping in Chestnut and Maple Aves.
Pro Tip: Bring a day-of receipt from a Downtown business to the beverage tent at Wenzel Family Plaza between 7:00 PM 9:00 PM. to receive an entry to win Hub City Days Brewfest tickets.
One entry per receipt shown (with 21+ ID). Winners will be announced at 9:00 PM in Wenzel Family Plaza. Tickets will be held at Hub City Brew Fest for those not present for the announcement.
The Bike Cruise will be happening from 5:50pm-6:30pm in downtown Marshfield. Join one of two neighborhood group rides into Downtown. First 50 participants will receive a Main Street Marshfield goodie bag. At the finish line, visit bike-related vendors and join in the Shop Hop fun.
The starting locations include the Wildwood Zoo Train on the corner of 17th and Roddis and the Marshfield Middle School Tennis Courts. Meet at a group ride starting location by 5:50 PM. Rides depart at 6:00 PM.
A Children’s Scavenger Hunt will take place from 5pm-6pm at the Main Street Marshfield Tent at Central Ave and 2nd Street. 100 tickets will be hidden throughout Downtown Marshfield. Tickets can be redeemed for a miniature car. The Hub City Concert Series will continue Friday night from 7pm-10pm at Wenzel Family Plaza featuring Sota Pop.
On Saturday, July 25th, the Hub City Days Car Show will take place from 10am-3pm in downtown Marshfield. The Hub City Days Car Show spans over 10 city blocks, features 500+ car/bike entries, a live DJ, door prizes, and a veteran appreciation raffle (2:00 PM).
It's the car show you can't miss. Car show vehicle awards are presented at 3:00 PM. Food vendors will be located throughout the event and local restaurants will be open to serve you.
Hub City Brewfest will also be taking place from Noon-3pm on the Wenzel Family Plaza. Live music sets the tone for summer as cold beer flows all afternoon.
Connect with local breweries who will be offering multiple samples so you can discover your new favorite brews. Participants also take home a souvenir glass.
Food vendors, shopping, car show, craft show, and beer garden are all conveniently located within a few blocks of the event. The Brewfest is a ticketed event and tickets are $30 in advance and $35 the day of the event.
The Hub City Craft Show takes place from 10am-3pm. Come shop local; crafters and vendors we will be located on 2nd street and in the parking lot behind 119 S. Central Ave.
The Hub City Days Family Zone is from 10am-3pm at Veterans Park. Activities and family fun for all ages. Featuring games, book giveaways, and more. Plus, a chance to connect with the Marshfield Fire Department and the Marshfield Police Department.
Finally, there will be live music and the beer garden from 11am-11pm in Wenzel Family Plaza. Music includes the Jerry Schmidt Band 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Mike Nanstad 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and Hyde from 7pm-11pm.
