Carter: "We're so excited! This is a fantastic community event for everybody. It's a really good way to engage with our businesses. It's a really great way to bring people downtown and build our community. So, the main event for Hub City Days is we have this fantastic car show that is running on Saturday."

"So, you'll see lots of amazing classic cars going up and down Central Avenue. Our volunteer, Rodney Feltz, has been amazing. We appreciate Feltz Tire and Auto to get that taken care of. So, we have a really exciting car show coming downtown and then we also have, a special thing about Hub City Days is we have so many different things going on downtown."

"So, we've got a movie in the plaza on Thursday night. So, come on down for for that. We'll have popcorn available. On Friday, there's a bike cruise in the evening and then followed by some live music. So, the Friday night band is Sota Pop this year. They're out of Minnesota and we have some amazing stage sponsors as well."

"We have Ho Chunk Gaming Neekosa, Woodfield Suites, Kwik Trip, State Bank, and Forward Bank, and so we're really grateful for all their support as well. And then Saturday is our car show and then we also have a craft show happening on East Second Street."

"So, there'll be lots of local craft vendors there, which is really exciting. We have Kailey's Makers Market is helping us out with that, so big thank you to them. And then we also have some activities for families happening over at the Veterans Park, where the big helicopter is. So, there'll be a police dunk tank. Children's Wisconsin is doing a book book giveaway there, so there's lots of lots of cool things for kids to do."

"And then we'll have live music in the plaza from 11, pretty much all day. So, we got the Jerry Schmidt Band coming at 11. We have Mike Nanstad coming at 3 and we have Hyde coming at 7 p.m. Our day sponsors are Marshfield Bass Club, the Boson Company, NextHome Hub City, Thorogood Shoes, and Associated Bank."

"And then our main sponsor for Saturday night concert is Forte Opening Solutions. And then we also, last but not least, we have a very special Hub City Days Brew Fest happening on July 25th, so that's Saturday from 12 to three in the plaza."

"Tickets are $30 on presale and $35 for the day of the event. And we'll have over 15 different beers for people to try, some games, some live music, and it should be a pretty fun time. So, if you guys like beer, feel free to check out our Brew Fest. We got some really exciting offerings this year."

Riley: "If people want to keep track of all the fun events happening during Hub City Days this year, where's a good place for them to go to get that information and times and all that good stuff?"

Carter: "We have an itinerary on our website, mainstreetmarshfield.com, and, in the next couple days, you'll see some things coming up on Facebook too. So, those are two good places to look in terms of information: mainstreetmarshfield.com and the Main Street Marshfield Facebook page."

Riley: "And I know you've been pretty busy with Hub City Days, but is there anything else that you'd like to highlight that Main Street Marshfield has been up to the past month?"

Carter: "There sure is. It's been a really busy month for us, but all good things. We just launched our farmers market. We had our first farmers market on, I believe, July 12 at Wenzel Family Plaza, and it went well. We had lots of different vendors, lots of produce and food options, and then also a couple craft vendors as well."

"It was a good turnout. We had lots of kids playing in the splash pad. We actually managed to get the splash pad turned on early for the market. Our next farmers market will be this Sunday, the 19th. It will be hosted at the Holiday Inn parking lot over on Central Avenue, across from Pick n' Save."

"But then after that, after that Sunday, we'll be back at the plaza for the foreseeable future, which is really exciting. So, it's a really great way to bring people into downtown and support our community and have fresh produce readily available."

"And then, last but not least, we do have a golf tournament coming up. We are partnering with RiverEdge Golf Course and the Locker Room, which is a local downtown business and Main Street Marshfield is the beneficiary for the tournament."

"So, we have tickets available if people would like to join the golf outing. And then after, we're hoping to have a bit of a festival downtown for raffle prizes and things. We also have hole sponsors available. So, if people are interested in golfing, sign up for a golf outing. It's for a good cause."
