Clark County Snowmobile & Winter ATV Trails Update

All snowmobile and winter ATV trails located in Clark County, on both public and private lands, except GWR Riders Trail GG, from intersection 27 to Oak Ridge Parking Lot, are open as of Saturday, February 6th.

Early season riding conditions exist, including open water at select ice crossings and icy spots.  All users are reminded to stay on the trails and be responsible while riding.  

Please be cautious of logging operations as some trails are used as hauling roads and may be plowed. 

Please note that UTV's are not allowed on the Clark County ATV Trail system during the winter months (November 1 - May 14).

Clark County trails are subject to periodic clousure; for updates on recent closures and/or openings, please contact the Forestry and Parks Department at 715-743-5140 or visit the county website at clarkcountywi.com for more information on the trail system.
