Loyal and Pittsville Win Regional Titles

The Loyal Greyhound and Pittsville Panther baseball teams won Regional Titles on Wednesday and advance to the Sectionals on Tuesday.The #3 seeded Greyhounds knocked off the number one seed, Rib Lake, 4-0 in the Regional Championship to advance to the Rosholt Sectional next Tuesday where they will play Rosholt in a Sectional Semi-Final at 11 am.
Pittsville, the number 1 seed in their Regional downed Cochrane-Fountain-City 9-5 to win the Regional Plaque. The Panthers will now play in the Brookwood Sectional Semi-Final against Brookwood on Tuesday morning at 10 am.
