Frank Schmidt of Neillsville who attends Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN, received a fall individual academic all-conference award.Frank is a junior and is a member of the men's cross country team at Northwestern College which is part of the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference and student-athletes that post a 3.5 or better semester grade point average make the list.
