Friday July 1st- Volleyball and Beach Games (location TBD) 5:30- 7:30
Friday July 8th- Kickball and softball at Cliffs Park 6:00-8:00
Friday July 15th- Frisbee Golf at Schuster Park 5:00- 7:00
Sunday July 17th- Scavenger Hunt in Neillsville Arboretum 2:00-4:30
Friday July 22nd- Longwood Park 6:00 start time (pending rain amounts, if it has recently rained a lot this event maybe rescheduled)
Sunday July 24th- Potential make up event day in the afternoon
Saturday July 30th- Amazing Neillsville Race (a minimum amount of families is needed for this event and the planning needed to make it good). During the day
Friday August 5th- Yard Games at O?Neil Creek 5:30-7:30 (cook out and games) Bring your own meals
Friday August 19th- Sunset hike at Levis Mound 7:00ish (Time may change depending on time of Sunset)
For all events please bring along water bottles (preferably reusable ones) for each member of the family. Most events will be suitable for children of most age groups or be adaptable for all ages. At every event children must be accompanied be an adult or high school caregiver. Cost of Events are $5 each event or $40 for all summer events about 10 of them. Please register your intent to attend the event so that we have enough prizes and materials and you may register the night before. A short presentation will be given at each event. In case of poor weather call the Rec Dept or myself for cancelations and make up days. Please call me if you have any questions and to register for an event.
