AREA PLAYERS MAKE ALL-STATE TEAMS

Racine Case senior guard Samantha Logic has been named The Associated Press 2011 Wisconsin girls' basketball Player of the Year. Logic, who will play for Iowa next season, was selected by a statewide panel of media members. AP Coach of the Year honors go to Ryan Wundrow, who led Altoona on a surprising championship run in Division 3. Logic is in Chicago this week for the McDonald's All American game at the United Center tonight, and she'll head to Indianapolis for the Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-America game at Conseco Fieldhouse on Saturday.Also on the FIRST TEAM
