Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series At Dells Raceway Park

The Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series took their travelling show to Dells Raceway Park Saturday night for their version of a Trickle Memorial race,with support from Toybox Rides of BlackRiver Falls.

Drivers from three states were on hand with heat race wins going to Sean Herzog of Wausau and Roger Peterson of Necedah...who happens to be a son of Moose Peterson who influenced the racing careers of many drivers. Feature winner was Dan Linnehan of Sparta with Herzog second and Tommy Elsinger of West Bend taking fourth and Peterson rounding out the top five. 

The drivers get a little summer break and are back on the track at Madison International Speedway on July 10th.
