Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series Opens Season In Plover

The Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series opened their 2026 season at Golden Sands Speedway in Plover this past Memorial Day for their annual Trickle 99 race.

Drivers from three states were on hand on a very hot day with the Heat races going to Burton Brown and Nathan Haseleu. The feature race went flag to flag with Tommy Elsinger coming out on top over Haseleu,third went to Dan Linnehan.

Next stop on the Upper Midwest schedule is this coming Saturday at Dells Raceway Park.
