TRI-STAR BASKETBALL WINNERS
The Optimist Club of Neillsville conducted their annual Tri-Star Basketball competition for boys and girls ages 8-13 on February 27th at the Neillsville Middle School Gym. Sixty-one children participated with the top winners in each age category as follows:

Also competing and earning medals were these pre-eligible athletes: Kaylee Susa, Ainsley Brown, Jordyn Allard, Leah Buchholz, Emily Scheider, Brody Bembnister, Abe Langreck , Clayton Kren, Anthony Neisius, Lars Woods, Grady Gaier & Oliver Polzin.
The event included competition in passing, dribbling and shooting skills. Each first-place winner received a plaque, while all other participants received medals. The winners will have the opportunity to participate in the State Tri-Star competition held in Fond du Lac in April.
