Neillsville Girls 4X100m Relay Breaks School Record/Other State Track & Field Results

The Neillsville girls 4x100m Relay team broke the school record in their premilinary race on Friday with a time of 50.94 which qualified them for the finals on Saturday. On Saturday, the broke the record again with a time of 50.44 and finished 7th. Members of the relay team included: Laylah Walk, Brynn Heck, Gracie Schoengarth and Kaylee Lawrence.

The 2025 State Boys and Girls Track & Field Championships produced eight team champions, 118 event champions and an abundance of State Meet records at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex Saturday.
De Pere won the Division 1 boys' team championship by accumulating 46 points, edging Homestead, which scored 45 points. In Division 2, Notre Dame earned the team title for the second time with 44 points, and Winneconne was runner-up with 42.5 points. Marathon won the team title for third time, capturing the Division 3 crown with 48.5 points. Coleman finished second with 38 points.
Arrowhead also won the Division 1 girls’ team title for the second consecutive season, compiling 51 points. Neenah came in second with 46 points. Freedom also won its second straight team championship and third overall, winning the Division 2 championship with 40 points. University School of Milwaukee was second with 37 points In Division 3, Cochrane-Fountain City captured the team title with 40 points, one more than runner-up Lourdes Academy with 39 points.
Marquette won the boys’ wheelchair team championship for the third consecutive season and for the fifth time overall, compiling 38 points, and Waupaca was second with 31 points. Sun Prairie East won their second straight girls’ wheelchair team championship, compiling 38 points, and Madison East was second with 32 points.
