Upper Midwest Vintage Series At Golden Sands Memorial Day

The Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Season opened their 2025 season this past Memorial Day with a stop at Golden Sands Speedway for their annual Trickle 99 stock car races.

Sixteen drivers from 3 states participated in the event with Jason Stark of Wisconsin Dells taking the A feature with Nathan Haseleu of Sun Prairie a close second and Sean Herzog of Wausau taking third. Mike Weismann of Oconomowoc taking the B feature over John Ostermann of Norway, Michigan.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers of Wausau along with A&A Lock Service, Pub 21 and Linnehan Auto Body all stepped in to support the Upper Midwest Vintage cars at Golden Sands Speedway. 

Next stop for this series is at Marshfield Motor Speedway on June 14 for the Bev Aschenbrenner Memorial Race.
