Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series Ends Season In La Crosse

The Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series made their final stop of the year at LaCrosse Speedway for the 55th running of the Oktoberfest races on Sunday.

Seventeen drivers from three states were on hand which was supported by Bernie's Equipment of Holmen,Wisconsin.  Heat race winners were Dan Linnehan of Sparta and Frank Kryer of Madison. The feature event was won by Jason Stark of Wisconsin Dells, followed by Rich Bickle,Jr. of Edgerton with Linnehan third, Todd Korish of Holmen fourth and Tom Gille of Winnebago, Illinois rounding out the top five.
