Mankato 5, Badlands 4

The Mankato MoonDogs scored three runs in the sixth to help defeat the Badlands Big Sticks 5-4. Riley Jackson (Florida State University) went 2-for-3 scoring with a two-run home run and a double. Jake Duer (Texas Christian University) went 2-for-3 scoring once with a double and one RBI. Cole Tabor (Texas State University) went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Kaden Carpentier (University of Utah) went 2-for-4 scoring once with a double, one RBI, and one stolen base. Tanner Shumski (Minnesota State University Mankato) earned the win throwing one strikeout allowing two hits, one run, and one walk.

Traverse City 8, Royal Oak 3

The Traverse City Pit Spitters score five in the sixth to take down the Royal Oak Leprechauns 8-3. Carter Hain (Oakland University) went 1-for-2 scoring once with four RBI. Brett Denby (Georgia Tech) went 2-for-3 scoring twice with a double and one RBI. Ryan Tyranski (University of Cincinnati) went 2-for-3 with a double and one RBI. Michael Lareau (Belmont University) went 1-for-4 with a double and one RBI. Trant Reed (Lawrence Technological University) earned the win throwing four innings allowing four hits, one run, and one walk.

Battle Creek 9, Kenosha 2

The Battle Creek Battle Jacks collected eleven hits to beat the Kenosha Kingfish 9-2. G Smith (Montana State University Billings) went 1-for-2 scoring three times with a two-run home run. Josh Schleichardt (Clark College) went 3-for-4 scoring once with a double and a triple, collecting three RBI  Jacob Brown (College of Charleston) went 2-for-3 scoring twice with a double and two RBI. Griffin Almond (Eastern New Mexico University) earned the win throwing five innings with six strikeouts allowing three hits, two walks, and one earned run.

Madison 6, Fond du Lac 4

The Madison Mallards collects fourteen hits to take down the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 6-4. Cal Fisher (Florida State University) went 4-for-5 scoring once with a double and two RBI. Davis Hamilton (North Dakota State University) went 1-for-4 with a double and one RBI. Aidan Jolley (Georgia Tech) went 1-for-5 with a solo home run. Parker Knoll (Lawrence University) went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one stolen base. Brandon Cahill (Walsh University) earned the win throwing 2.2 innings with one strikeout allowing two hits, one run, and one walk.

Rockford 5, Kokomo 2

The Rockford Rivets beat the Kokomo Jackrabbits 5-2 in tonight’s matchup. Maddox Mihalakis (University of Arizona) went 2-for-3 scoring once with a double and one RBI. Aj Taylor (University of Illinois at Chicago) was perfect at the plate going 2-for-2 scoring once with a double. Ben Slanker (Ohio University) went 2-for-3 with one RBI. Noah Wathen (Anderson University) earned the win throwing five innings with four strikeouts allowing three walks, one run, and one hit.

Minot 6, Willmar 2

The Minot Hot Tots came hot in the first inning scoring five runs to defeat the Willmar Stingers 6-2. Cody Grebeck (Dallas Baptist University) went 2-for-4 with a double and one RBI. Abe Affholter (Winthrop University) went 1-for-4 with one double and one RBI. Elias Fiddler (University of Utah) went 1-for-4 scoring once with two RBI. Dale Fry (Scottsdale Community College) earned the win throwing three scoreless innings allowing two hits and one walk.

Wisconsin Rapids 10, Green Bay 4

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters scored five in the seventh to help beat the Green Bay Rockers 10-4. Chris Arroyo (University of Virginia) went 3-for-4 scoring twice with a two-run home run, an RBI double, and one stolen base. Aidan Teel (University of Virginia) went 1-for-4 scoring twice with one RBI and three stolen bases. Jorge De Goti (Nova Southeastern University) went 1-for-4 with two RBI. Nick Harms (Case Western Reserve University) went 1-for-2 scoring once with a double and one RBI. Cannon Restine (Southwestern College) earned the win throwing two scoreless innings with three strikeouts allowing one walk and zero hits.

St. Cloud 13, Bismarck 5

The St. Cloud Rox used a huge third inning scoring seven runs to take down the Bismarck Larks 13-5. Carter Hanson (University of Massachusetts) went 2-for-4 scoring twice with two two-run home runs. Will Henson (Ohio State University) went 1-for-2 scoring twice with one RBI and two stolen bases. Jaylen Ziegler (Des Moines Area Community College) went 1-for-3 scoring twice with one RBI and two stolen bases. Erick Dessens (Paradise Valley Community College) went 2-for-5 scoring once with a triple and three RBI. Dallin Harrison (University of San Diego) earned the win throwing seven innings with four strikeouts allowing six hits, four earned runs, and one walk.

Rochester 13, Eau Claire 9

The Rochester Honkers come in clutch scoring five runs in the ninth to defeat the Eau Claire Express 13-9. Dom Rodriguez (San Joaquin Delta College) went 3-for-5 scoring three times with a three-run home run and a two-run home run. Reiss Calvin (Univeristy of California Santa Barbara) went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run. Grant Macarthur (San Joaquin Delta College) went 3-for-4 scoring twice with a solo home run and a double. Paul Schoenfeld (Colorado Mesa University) went 1-for-4 scoring three times with two RBI and one stolen base. Ethan Farris (Texas State University) went 2-for-5 scoring twice with a grand slam. Davis Rivers (Texas Tech University) went 1-for-4 with a solo home run. Matthew Lighthall (South Mountain Community College) earned the win throwing one scoreless innings with one strikeout allowing one walk and zero hits.

Thunder Bay 16, Waterloo 7

The Thunder Bay Border Cats had a monster fifth inning scoring twelve to help dominate the Waterloo Bucks 16-7. Cole Ketzner (University of South Alabama) went 2-for-4 scoring twice with a two-run home run and a double. Thomas Cooper (Valparaiso University (IN)) went 4-for-5 scoring four times with a double and two RBI. Ty Brooks (University of South Alabama) went 3-for-4 scoring once with a double, two RBI, and one stolen base. Kooper Shulte (Southeastern CC) went 1-for-4 scoring twice with a double and two RBI. Max Ramirez IV (Niagara University (NY)) earned the win throwing five scoreless innings with five strikeouts allowing two walks and two hits. 

La Crosse 14, Duluth 9

The La Crosse Loggers score nine in the second to take down the Duluth Huskies 14-9. Derrick Mitchell (Louisiana State University) went 3-for-5 scoring twice with a grand slam. Matthew Miura (University of Hawaii) went 2-for-4 scoring twice with a two-run single and a solo home run. Luke Davis (Long Beach City College) went 1-for-4 with a solo home run. Rj Hamilton (Vanderbilt University) went 1-for-2 scoring twice with three RBI and four stolen bases. Ethan Cole (University of Minnesota-Duluth) went 1-for-5 with a grand slam. Charlie Sutherland (University of Minnesota) went 1-for-4 scoring twice with a double and two RBI. Isaac Kopalchick (Queens University of Charlotte) earned the win throwing two scoreless innings with one strikeout allowing two hits and zero walks.

Mankato 5, Badlands 1

The Mankato MoonDogs beat the Badlands Big Sticks 5-1 in tonight’s matchup. Coleman Mizell (University of Alabama) went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and one stolen base. Cooper Neville (Grand Canyon University) went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases. Dylan Waite (University of Hawaii) earned the win throwing 5.2 innings with three strikeouts allowing four walks, one hit, and zero earned runs.
