40th Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Classic Results

The 40th Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Classic was held on Friday and Saturday in Oshkosh featuring 72 of the top high school seniors in the state.  The round robin format was divided by regions into 4 teams: North-(Green Bay/Fox Valley area)

East(Milwaukee area), South(Madison area),West( La Crosse, Stevens Point, Eau Claire area).  Area players on the West squad included Kaden Russo of Elk Mound, JV Castillo of Abbotsford/Colby, Keagan Jirschesle of Mosinee and Noah Marshke of Stevens Point.  On Friday:

North 3, South 2

East 2, West 1

Saturday:

East 3, South 1

West 7, North 2

West 6, South 1

East 9, North 2

Oak Creek’s CJ Trask was named the Tom Nygaard Classic MVP.
