City Of Marshfield Has A Semi-Pro Soccer Team

The city of Marshfield has a semi-professional soccer team and they are called the Wisconsin Conquerors Football Club.  They partnering with the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Marshfield to make it happen.

The Conquerors FC are playing in the National Premiere Soccer League (NPSL) for their inaugural season.

They Conquerors are training with the help of UWSP Marshfield's facilities, which will serve as a home base for the team. 

A few members of the team area even UWSP students, who said they have great hope for the club.

The Conquerors are also partnering with the Marshfield Youth Soccer Association to develop players and coached from the Central Wisconsin community.
