Kruschke's Compete In The Amsoil Championship Snocross Series Nationals

Ava and Axel Kruschke from Neillsville competed in the Amsoil Championship Snocross Series Nationals this past Friday and Saturday in Shokapee, MN.
On Friday, 10 year old Axel raced his 2022 Ski-Doo 600 in the Transition 8-10 class where there were 27 racers. In Axel's Heat one race he took 1st and Heat two he took 3rd. In the final he had a bad start due to another rider next to him jumping the start. He finished in 8th place.
On Saturday, 13 year old Ava raced her 2022 Ski-Doo 600 in the Jr. Girls 9-13 class where there were 13 racers. In her first Heat, she took 1st place and Heat two she took 2nd place. She was the number 2 pick in the finals. Ava ended up crashing in the back section and finished in 9th place.
Axel raced again on Saturday in the Transition 8-10 for Round #4 with 27 racers participating. Heat one he took 3rd place. Heat two he finished 4th. In the finals, Axel took the hole shot and finished in 2nd place! It was Axel's first National Podium!
Next stop for the Kruschke's will be January 26 and 27th in Deadwood, South Dakota.
