Area Basketball Players In Top Ten Of 3-Point Challenge

The WIAA will again be sponsoring a 3-Point Challenge as part of the Boys and Girls Basketball State Tournaments.

Contestants selected to participate in the Challenge will be chosen based on three-point shooting numbers in the WisSports.net stats database. The top two players at the end of the regular season in each division based on shooting percentage (min. 75 attempts) will be selected to participate. 

Sydney Subke of Neillsville is currently 4th in Division 4 for the girls while Emily Cooper of McDonell Central is 2nd.  Ashley Grancorvitz of Marshfield is 8th in Division 1.

On the boys side, Blake Jakobi of Columbus Catholic is 1st in Division 5 while his teammate, Charlie Moore is 6th.   Caden Weinfurter of Auburndale is 4th in Division 4 and Adrian Lopez of Colby is 5th.  Brooks Hinson of Marshfield is 5th in Division 1.
