WIAA Boys State Golf Championships...Day 1 Results

After Day 1 of the WIAA State Boys Golf Tournament, Cambridge High School has the lead in Division 3 by 16 strokes over Mineral Point.  Neillsville is in 6th place.  Spencer Lynch of  St.Mary's Catholic is the individual leader shooting a 4 over par 76.  Tucker Johnson of Neillsville is in 10th place after shooting an 83.

Edgewood is the top team in Division 2.  McDonell/Regis is in 6th place.  Winston Knobloch  of Winneconne shot an even par 72 for the individual lead.

Sheboygan North is the top team in Division 1 while Aiden Cudney of Kimberly and Parker Etzel  of Eau Claire Memorial share the individual lead, each shooting 3 under par 69’s.

Divisions 2 and 3 teed off this morning at 7 am while Division 1 will tee off at noon today.
