Neillsville 8th Grade Girls Finish 3rd In The State

The 2023 Wisconsin State Invitational Championship Tournament for Great Northwest Girls Basketball was held over the weekend.  In Division Four/Five, the Neillsville 8th grade girls team took 3rd in the State, finishing 6-1 on the weekend.  Their only loss came to the eventual champion, Laconia in the semi-finals, 38-19.   The Warriors then beat Mineral Point 29-28 in the 3rd place game.
