Neillsville Motorcycle Racers Compete At Springcreek MX Park

This past Sunday Bryce Backaus, Skylar Melvin and Hudzon Opelt of Neillsville went down to Millville, Minnesota and raced at Springcreek MX Park where they had over 800 riders for the Sunday races.

The morning started out with a rain delay making the first set of motos pretty slick and muddy but the track dried out by the afternoon and it was great.

Bryce Backaus did a clean sweep by taking 1st place in the 250A class, the 25+ class and Open A class.

Skylar Melvin had a little bit more of a rough go taking 21st out of 27 riders in the 250B class but bounced back with a 5th in the schoolboy 1 class.

Hudzon Opelt had a solid day taking 10th out of 20 in the 125 2 stroke class, 17th out of 36 in the  14-24c and 12 out of 25 in the schoolboy 1 class.
