Kaukauna, Amery and Fennimore Win Team Wrestling Titles

Three champions were crowned at the 2022 State Team Wrestling Tournament at the UW Field House Saturday.

In Division 1, Kaukauna capped an undefeated dual season at 13-0 with a 35-24 victory over Holmen (19-6) in the title bout. The Galloping Ghosts win their second consecutive title and the program’s sixth State team championship.

Amery (9-1) also claimed back-to-back titles, winning the Division 2 championship with a 36-30 triumph over Luxemburg-Casco (17-2) in the title match after winning the school’s first title last season.

Fennimore (16-2) won the Division 3 championship for the third time with a 37-23 decision over Coleman (17-2).
