Neillsville/Greenwood/Loyal Will Send 3 Wrestlers To State!

The Neillsville/Greenwood/Loyal wrestling team will have 3 wrestlers moving on the WIAA State Individual Wrestling Tournament this coming weekend.
Luke Dux, at 120 pounds, took first at the Amery Sectional on Saturday. Luke won by decision over Treyton Ackman of Spencer/Columbus Cath. 3-0 in the first place match.
Derek Zschernitz, at 126 pounds, finished 2nd, winning the 2nd place match in sudden victory over Jackson Blaken of Gale-Ett.-Tr./Mel.-Min.
Gunner Hoffmann was a Sectional champ at 285. He pinned Mason Baribeau of Baldwin-Woodville in the first place match.
Also wrestling at the Amery Sectional for NGL were:
132 - Hudzon Sebesta-Opelt who lost in his quarterfinal match
138 - Jarick Young who lost in his quarterfinal match
152 - Keagan Anding lost in his quarterfinal match
170 - Dane Luchterhand lost in his consulation semi-final
195 - Dan Polzin lost in his quarterfinal match
