WIAA Team Wrestling Sectionals Tonight

Tuesday, February 15th, 2022 -- 7:15 AM

Several area high school wrestling teams will be competing in Team Sectionals tonight with an opportunity to compete in the State Team Wrestling Championships March 4th and 5th in Madison.....

Division 1 – 6 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Weigh-ins, 7 p.m. Competition

@ Wausau West - River Falls vs. Marshfield

Division 2 –  5 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Weigh-ins, 6 p.m. Semifinals. Finals 20 minutes after the completion of semifinals (may start earlier if both teams agree)

At Somerset 
Match 1 - Amery vs Northwestern
Match 2 - Neillsville/Greenwood/Loyal vs. West Salem/Bangor
Final:  Match 1 winner vs. Match 2 winner

Division 3 - 5-5:30 p.m. Weigh-ins, 6 p.m. Semifinals. Finals 20 minutes after the completion of semifinals (may start earlier if both teams agree)

At Cadott
Match 1 - Saint Croix Falls vs Ladysmith
Match 2 - Cadott vs. Whitehall
Final:  Match 1 winner vs. Match 2 winner

At Suring/Gillett
Match 1 - Coleman vs Wittenberg-Birnamwood
Match 2 - Stratford vs. Shiocton
Final:  Match 1 winner vs. Match 2 winner
