Neillsville Downs Loyal/Other Local Scores

The Neillsville girls basketball team got their season underway on Friday night by beating the Loyal Greyhounds 54-10.  

The Warriors used a stifling defense that caused numerous turnovers, leading to points and preventing Loyal from getting many looks at the basket.

10 different players scored for Neillsville, led by Amelia Trunkel with 10 points.  Paris Opelt and Paige Voigt each had 8.   Abrial Kubista led Loyal with 7 points.
