Top Area High School Football Performances in Week 7

Several area high school football players had big performances in Week 7 of the season last week.....
Durand's Simon Bauer continued his outstanding season with another great performance last Friday night as he rushed for 259 yards on just 9 carries and he scored 4 touchdowns in Durand's 46-16 win over Osseo-Fairchild. Bauer continues to lead the state in rushing with 1,634 yards and he's averaging a state best 233 yards per game.
Leo Brostowitz of Wisconsin Rapids had another big night rushing, with 225 yards on 26 carries and 2 touchdowns in a 37-26 win over D.C. Everest.
Louis Nikolai of Loyal had 183 yards on 21 carries and 2 scores in the Greyhounds win over Pittsville. The Panther's Aiden Kolar also had a big performance in that game, rushing 23 times for 183 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Fall Creek quarterback Eli Laube had another big night on Friday, completing 14 of 29 passes for 252 yards and 4 touchdowns as the Crickets beat Elk Mound 26-12. Cameron Martzke caught 5 of those passes from Laube for 117 yards and 2 touchdowns.
