Area Wrestlers Compete At U.S. Marine Corps Junior Nationals In Fargo/Final Junior Freestyle Results

The U.S Marine Corps Junior Nationals wrapped up the Junior Freestyle portion of the event at the Fargodome in Fargo, N.D.   The U.S. Marine Corps Junior Nationals features high school wrestlers in grades 9-12 and several area high school wrestlers are competing for Team Wisconsin.  Final results from area wrestlers in Junior Freestyle: 

220 - Gunner Hoffmann of Neillsville/Greenwood/Loyal - finished 3-2

220 - Gavin Tegels of Cadott finished 2-2

120 - Trey Ackman of Spencer/Columbus - finished 1-2

126 - Braden Sonnentag of Cadott finished 3-2

138 - Blaine Brenner from Stanley-Boyd finished 6-3, and in 6th place

145 - Gavin Drexler of Stratford finished 5-2 

152 - Elijiah Lusio of Stratford finished 0-2

195 - Carter Grewe from Abbotsford/Colby finished 1-2

145 - Gabe Pugh of Marshfield finished 1-2 

160 - Garrett Willuweit from Marshfield finished 2-2 and Ryan Dolezal from Marshfield finished  2-2
