Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series Opens Season In Plover

The Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series opened their season on Memorial Day at the Golden Sands Speedway in Plover.Feature winner was Larry Bolster of Four Corners, Wisconsin, followed by Chris Brooks of Plover, and third went to Darrell Paasch of Marshfield. Heat race winners were Bolster and Brooks.
The Upper Midwest Vintage cars were sponsored by Smileys Old Time Diner in Hancock,Wisconsin. The next stop for the drivers will be at Dells Raceway Park in Wisconsin Dells on July 4.
