Warriors Hit 14 Three's On Way To Win

The Neillsville boys basketball team made 14 three pointers, 7 of them by Braden Trunkel, on their way to a 76-58 win over Marathon on Friday night in a Division 4 Regional Semi-Final.Alex King had a game high 26 points including three 3's and 9 out of 10 from the free throw line. Trunkel ended with 21 points and Monte Diestler had four 3 points and added 15 points. Jaden Koeller led Marathon with 18 points.
The Warriors improve to 20-3 and will travel to unbeaten Stratford for the Regional Final on Saturday night at 7 pm. You can hear it live on 92.7 FM WPKG and 927wpkg.com.
