Brown's Career High Leads Neillsville To Win

Neillsville freshman Andrew Brown had a career high 23 points as the Warrior boys cruised to an 89-60 win over Columbus Catholic on Tuesday night.Neillsville had 5 players in double figures. Braden Trunkel had 21 points, and Joe Katcher, Alex King and Issac Weiers each had 10.
Neillsville led 41-32 at the half and then the Warrior's defense forced a number of turnovers that turned into points in the second half to pull away. Neillsville outscored Columbus Catholic in the second half 48-28.
Neillsville improves to 8-0 in the Eastern Cloverbelt and 11-2 overall. Columbus Catholic falls to 4-4 in the ECC and 5-7 overall.
