Neillsville Rec. Department T-Ball Awards Announced

The Neillsville Recreation Department held their annual T-Ball Awards Picnic on Monday, July 15th at the school softball diamonds.All boys who participated in the program received certificates. Teams and their honored players included:
Wolverines: Bentley Erickson, Jax Wanish, Patrick Hausauer, Hunter Von Ruden, Aiden Decorah & Evin Dittner
Bulldogs: Dayton Harder, Brady Berg, Max Brey, Jace Pedersen, Kamden Julga, Wyatt Calkins & Noah Wilke
Gators: Tyler Ystad, Camden Dillenbeck, Zage & Zyer Westbay, Sparrow McNeely & Weston Calkins
Tigers: Grayson Knoop, Danny Canfield, Gavin Wampole, Wyatt Friemoth, Shane Harley & Milo Larsen
Sun Devils: Daxtyn Parker, Kyson Erickson, Kalvin Heck, Alex Thomas, Gage Buettner, Henry & Nathan Schoen
The Neillsville Recreation Department would like to thank the volunteer coaches/instructors of the league: Kevin & Justin Dittner, Matt Erickson, Everett Buettner,Chad Montgomery, Travis Berg, Ryan Dillenbeck, Jeremy Knoop & Jake Friemoth. Their dedication and expertise was very much appreciated.
Following the ceremony rootbeer floats, donated by the Neillsville A&W were enjoyed by all.
T-Ball is a baseball program for boys seven and eight years of age that stresses the fundamentals of the game with very little emphasis on winning and losing.
