Neillsville/Loyal Golfers Take First In Owen

The Neillsville/Loyal boys golf team finished first at Owen on Tuesday in Cloverbelt Conference action.Head coach Jim Sjolin said, "As a team we did a very good job of getting ‘up-and-down-in-two” tonight; saving par after missing the green in regulation. Quinn (Brussow) hit three greens in regulation and saved par by getting up-and-down-in-two to save par four other times. He and Jared (Weber) shared 2nd place out of 55 golfers..Ryan Peters has played very well and very steady most of the year also."
