Neillsville Boys Advance To Regional Final

The Neillsville boys basketball team will face Marathon in a Regional Final on Saturday night after beating Pacelli on Friday night 84-63.The Warriors got out to a big lead early but Pacelli was able to cut it down to 4 to go into the locker room at halftime trailing 38-34.
Neillsville got things rolling in the second, thanks to the shooting of Alex King and Hunter Hand who combined for 28 of the teams 46 second half points. King finished with a game high 31 points while Hand added 23. Jonah Peplinski led Pacelli with 19 points.
Neillsville (17-6) will now face Marathon in the Regional Final at Marathon on Saturday at 7 pm. You can hear it live on 92.7 FM and streaming live at 1075therock.com.
