Stevens Point Wins CloverValley Title

Led by Mary McDonald, the Stevens Point girls golf team won the CloverValley Girls Golf Title on Monday.Mary McDonald and the Stevens Point girls golf team started fast and finished strong. From the first Clover Valley Golf League meet to the last, the Panthers and McDonald won the title Monday at the Pine Valley Golf Course in Marathon.
Final team standings: 1. Stevens Point 82 points; 2. Stanley-Boyd 74; 3. Osseo-Fairchild 50; 4. D.C. Everest 44; 5. Regis/Altoona 36; 6. Wisconsin Rapids 28; 7. Marshfield 12.
