Neillsville/Granton evened their Cloverbelt Conference record at 1-1 after losing to Marshfield Columbus on Tuesday night 3-0.Game scores: 13-25, 18-25, 16-25
Coach Tia Opelt said, "We were not able to come out with a win tonight, and play up to our potential. Columbus is a good team, but we could have played a lot better against them."
Stats for the game were Mindy Schoengarth 2 aces out of 10 attempts, Jocelyn Thur had 6 kills out of 21 attempts, Morgan Hauge 7 on target passes, Jocelyn had 5 blocks, Lexi Opelt 10 assists, and Ashlee Diestler had 9 digs.
Neillsville/Granton's next game is Monday September 19th in Amherst.
