Neillsville Softball Tops Black River Falls

The Neillsville girls softball team topped Black River Falls on Saturday 11-4 at Neillsville.

Neillsville got out to big lead early, leading 8-1 after two innings, scoring 7 runs in the bottom of the 2nd.

Paris Opelt, Terren Stockheimer and Emma Moseley had 3 hits each for the Warriors who had 12 hits as a team.  Paris also knocked in 3 runs, while Stockheimer, Moseley and Bella Opelt each had 2 RBI's.

Neillsville improves to 5-2 on the season.  They will host Colby/Abbotsford in a doubleheader at Neillsville on Tuesday starting at 4 pm.
