Neillsville Girls Advance To Marathon

The Neillsville girls softball has advanced to the Regional Semi-Final at Marathon after a 10-0 five inning win over Colby on Tuesday.The Warriors scored 2 runs in the 2nd, 3 in the 4th, 4 in the 4th and 1 in the 5th for the win.
Jenna Pavlac went 3 for 3 with 2 RBI's and a 2 runs scored. Dani Pfieffer was 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored and Ashlee Dietsler went 2 for 3 with 2 RBI's and 2 runs scored.
Krista Krultz went the distance on the mound allowing no runs on 4 hits, striking out 3 and walking one.
Neillsville (8-10) will be at Marathon on Wednesday for the Regional Semi-Final - Game time is 5 pm and you can hear it live on 92.7 FM WPKG.
