6 local Special Olympian athletes will be competing in the State Summer Games June 9th thru the 11th in Stevens Point.Here results from the Region 2 Regional Hometown Games held in Merrill last weekend:

Jeremiah Dayton will now be competing in the 400m Run and will be a part of the 4X100 M Relay team.
Rebecca Egstad will be competing in the 1500 M Walk, the 800 M Walk and the Shot Put - Women 3Kg
Boden Fravert will compete in the 100 M Run, Shot Put - Men 4Kg, and will be a part of the 4X100 M Relay team
Troy Prosser will be competing in the 1500 M Walk, 800 M Walk and Shot Put - Men 4Kg
Gregory Schmidt will compete in the 400 M Run, Mini Javelin 16+ (SOWI), and he will be a member of the 4X100 M Relay team
Kolin Schmitz will competing in the Mini Javelin 8-15 (SOWI), and he will be a member of the 4X100 M Relay team
