Cloverbelt Conference Wrestling Tournament This Saturday

The Neillsville/Greenwood/Loyal wrestling finished the Cloverbelt Conference Dual Meet season unbeaten and now head to Cadott for the Individual Conference Tournament on Saturday.The tournament at Cadott, which starts at 9 am on Saturday, will feature at least 8 wrestlers competing in each weight class.
As far as some tough matches for NGL on Saturday, according to head coach Scott Bryant, include the 285 pound class where junior Nick Rueth, ranked #4 in the state and a 2-time conference champ will have competition from Spencer/Columbus' Logan Zschernitz who is ranked 5th in the state.
Skylar Barth at 113 is a 2-time conference champion and Stetson Rueth at 145, a state qualifier will have good competition from Sam Burzynski of SB/OW at the conference tournament and another state qualifier, Derek Nielsen at 152 is unbeaten in the conference this year.
Coach Bryant said that every weight class will have good competition and it while depend on who comes out to wrestle on Saturday.
