Dux And Kunze Fuel Second Half Comeback

Seniors Michael Dux and Jake Kunze fueled a second half comeback as the Neillsville boys basketball team downed Spencer on Tuesday night 72-67.The Warriors (4-3, 4-1) trailed 33-23 at halftime, but they outscored the Rockets (3-3, 2-2) 49-34 in the second half to get the win.
Dux had 21 of his game high 32 points in the second half while Kunze had 11 of his 16 in the second half. Bobby Pilz led Spencer with 27 points in the game and Jonny Tomke added 14.
Neillsville is at Nekoosa next Tuesday night while Spencer is off until Jan. 5th when they are at Gilman.
