Coyotes Bring Home 3rd Place At West Salem

The Clark County Coyotes youth hockey team capped off an undefeated weekend by bringing home 3rd place at the West Salem Frozen Tundra Tournament on December 12th and 13th.Saturday, the Coyotes won games against Winona, MN 11-1, West Salem 7-3, and Onalaska 4-1, to seed themselves in the 3rd place game on Sunday.
The Coyotes lead early on Sunday against West Salem and held on for a 4-3 victory and 3rd place. Over the weekend, 9 different skaters put the puck in the net for the Coyotes. Courtney Magnuson and Wyatt Hanna were awarded Hat Trick patches for scoring 3 goals in a game.
The Clark County Coyotes were coached by Matt Jorgensen, Scott Magnuson, and Jon Harris. All youth from Neillsville, Granton, Greenwood, and Loyal, ages 5-10, are invited to join us as we continue the season. No hockey or skating experience is necessary.
