Altoona Wins Cloverbelt Title

The Altoona Rails downed the Spencer Rockets 3-0 to win the Cloverbelt Crossover Volleyball Championship on Thursday night in Altoona.Here are the scores of the games: 25-22, 25-15, 25-20
Altoona, ranked fifth in the Division 2 state coaches' poll, finished the conference season with a 9-0 record and 39-3 in individual games.
Spencer, ranked 10th in Division 3, finished the Cloverbelt season 8-1 with a 28-6 record in individual games.
Both teams will be participating in the WIAA Girls State Volleyball Tournament which begins with Regional action on Tuesday.
