Rock Takes 4th At GPC Worlds

David Rock of Stratford competed in the 2015 GPC World Powerlifting Championships in Las Vegas on Wednesday.At the Worlds, Rock had three attempts at a squat, three attempts at a bench and three attempts at a dead lift. He took the best of each and totaled them up for his score.
Congratulations to David as he took 4th in the 275 men's open weight class.
Over 40 countries competed in the World Championships which were held in the United States for the first time.
