Greenwood, Pittsville, Marathon and Augusta Win Regionals

Several area teams are advancing on to Sectionals in high school baseball on Tuesday after winning Regional Championships on Friday.In Division 4, Greenwood advances to the Bruce Sectional after beating Owen-Withee in the Regional Final 9-1. The Indians will play Spring Valley in the semi-final on Tuesday at 1:15 pm
Also in Division 4, Pittsville beat Assumption 12-5 in their Regional Final. The Panthers will take on Rib Lake in the Sectional semi-final at Tigerton at 11 am. Rib Lake beat Loyal 9-3. Meanwhile Augusta downed Bangor 6-3 in their Regional Final and they will now take on Brookwood in the Bangor Sectional Semi-Final at 10 am on Tuesday.
In Division 3, Marathon beat Spencer 4-3 in their Regional Final to advance to their own Sectional where they will host Pacelli on Tuesday morning at 11 am in a semi-final matchup.
