Neillsville 5th Grade Girls Finish 12th At State

The Neillsville 5th grade girls basketball team competed at the State Tournament this weekend where they finished 12th...They finished Saturday with a record of 1-3.
The first game for Neillsville was a tough loss 24-18 to Waupun
In their second game they lost to Freedom 31-10
The third game of the day was a win for Neillsville as they downed Sheboygan Falls 22-16 and the last game of the day was a low scoring affair as the Warriors were beaten by Kewaunee 12-8.
On Sunday, the girls lost to Marshall 30 - 17 and they lost to Sheboygan Falls 27 - 22 to finish 12th. The girls played hard and had a great season!
