Carroll Is National Silver Medalist

Community Boxing Club member Chayanne Carroll of Thorp is the Silver Medalist in the 165 lb female youth division at the third annual Junior Open and Youth National Championships in Reno.Chayanne lost by decision to Iesha Kenney in the 165 lb female youth division in the Championship bout on Friday night.
Kenney was a defending youth national champion from Alexandria, Va. Her title on Friday was in a new weight division and it was her third straight championship in Reno.
