Spencer Takes Second At Reedsburg

The Spencer girl's volleyball team finished 4-1 to finish second at the Reedsburg Invitational on Saturday...The Rockets finished 3-0 in pool play and then beat Sparta in the semifinals, but lost the championship game to Fort Atkinson 2-1 to finish second. Marisa Johnson had 37 kills and 111 digs to lead Spencer on the weekend. Brooke Kettleborough had 78 assists and Julia Berres added 82 digs for the Rockets.
A showdown in the Eastern Cloverbelt Conference will take place on Tuesday night in Spencer when Spencer (6-0) will host Greenwood (5-0).
