Roou And Lafaunge Have Big Night For Tigers

Jack Roou and Matt Lafaunge of Black River Falls combined for a big passing combination on Friday night in a win over Luther.The Tigers beat Luther 46-14, scoring 33 first half points.
Roou was 12 of 24 for 243 yards, and 4 touchdowns, all to Lafaunge. They hooked up on scoring strikes of 9, 12 and 29 yards in the first half and a 35 yard scoring play in the second half. Roou also had a 1 yard touchdown run.
Lafaunge finished with 8 catches for 182 yards and 4 touchdowns.
The Tigers improved to 2-1 in the Coulee Conference and 6-1 overall. They will host Viroqua this Friday night.
