Heck Takes Silver Medal In New Jersey

Desiree Heck of Neillsville is competing in bowling at the Special Olympics 2014 USA Games in New Jersey and on Tuesday she finished 2nd in singles competition in her Division.She will be competing in Mixed Doubles competition today and the Mixed Team competition on Thursday.
This is Desiree?s first trip to the USA Games and she said on Tuesday that she is very excited to have a won a medal and that she is having a great time at the Games. The Special Olympics 2014 USA Games continue thru Saturday in New Jersey.
