Lindner Named ECC Player Of The Year

Neillsville senior, Jenny Lindner was named the Eastern Cloverbelt's Player of the Year for the 4th straight year as the All-Cloverbelt Conference Teams were announced on Saturday afternoon in Osseo.Lindner is averaging nearly 17 points a game so far this season for the 22-0 Warriors and in her 4 year career at Neillsville, they are 100-2, including a 70 game winning streak in the ECC and 4 straight Cloverbelt Conference Championships. Lindner, a UW-Milwaukee recruit, is a finalist for Miss Basketball in Wisconsin and is also in the running for the Pat Richter Award given to the top senior boys and girls three-sport athletes in the state.
